2️⃣ Verification Process – Our team will review your request and verify the issue.
3️⃣ Resolution – If eligible, a refund will be processed via the original payment method. If the issue can be resolved (e.g., file replacement), we will provide support instead of a refund.

Processing Time – Refund requests are reviewed within 5-10 business days. If approved, the refund may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.

3. Support & Fixes Instead of Refunds

Whenever possible, Theme Maniax will offer support or fixes instead of refunds. If you experience issues, we recommend contacting the item’s author or our support team first to resolve the problem before requesting a refund.

4. Refunds for Subscription-Based Products (If Applicable)

  • If you subscribed to a recurring plan, you can cancel at any time.
  • No partial refunds will be issued for unused subscription periods.
  • Refunds for subscriptions will only be granted if there is a technical issue that prevents you from using the product, and we are unable to resolve it.

5. Fraudulent or Abuse-Related Refunds

🚨 Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., excessive refund requests, downloading products before requesting a refund) may result in:

  • Forfeiture of access to previously purchased products.

🚨 Chargebacks & Payment Disputes – If a customer initiates an unauthorized chargeback without first contacting support, they may be permanently banned from purchasing future products.
